What exactly do I get?

A beautiful handwritten-style card (pen plotter in-house) + 1 small gift in a Uline 7×9 mailer via Pirate Ship Ground Advantage. Card-only OR card + 1 gift — no custom requests in MVP.

How does approval work?

7 days before (T-7) you get an SMS with the card + gift. Reply YES / EDIT / SKIP. No reply in 48h = we auto-send. You can also toggle auto-send per person in your dashboard.

When do you mail?

Batch fulfillment Tue/Fri. We mail 5 days early. T-2 you get mailed + photo proof in your dashboard.

What if payment fails?

Your account goes on_hold and we never mail unpaid sends. Update your card in the Customer Portal to reactivate. Dunning emails + SMS included.

Can I pause or cancel?

Yes — pause up to 2 months, or cancel from the Portal. If you cancel we'll offer a one-time $20 save credit. Descriptor on statements: THOUGHTFUL* NEVERMISS.

US-only? Really?
